Single Child Account

The Momence home page will display all of your accounts if you use Momence for other businesses. You will also be able to edit your account, check your inbox, check our post feed, etc.

MOMENCE HOMEPAGE- TURN NOTIFICATIONS ON:

1.    Tap Account (bottom right corner)

2.    Select App Settings

3.    Turn Push Notifications ON

Momence will be our main communication platform moving forward. You’ll be able to message us directly through the inbox and stay updated via our feed. Please turn notifications on so you don’t miss important updates like cancellations, waitlist openings, and more!

Always select our logo in the top left corner under “Hosts” to access MEP’s homepage

• ‘Main’ toggle: View all upcoming bookings

• ‘Classes’ toggle: Browse available classes for sign-up

• Message: Send us a message directly through the app

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel at least 3 hours before the class start time. If you cancel after this window, the class will be charged and a credit will be used.

*If you have a last-minute cancellation, please reach out to us directly if you would like your account credited.

Each account is allowed TWO last-minute cancellations (with communication).

CLASS CREDITS

When booking a class, your child’s remaining credits will be displayed.

A credit will be used when you book a class. If you cancel within the allowed time frame (at least 3 hours before the class start time), the credit will be automatically returned to your account. (Refer to cancellation policy for last-minute cancellations)

Another way to easily view your remaining credits is to click the ‘information’ icon on the top right corner of MEP’s homepage.

BOOKING A CLASS

1.     Find the date and time you want to sign up for.

2.     Select “Book Now”.

Classes are available for sign-up 14 days in advance.

1.    Choose both of your children’s names

2.    Click Continue so your account displays both children’s information

• ‘Main’ toggle: View all upcoming bookings

• ‘Classes’ toggle: Browse available classes for sign-up

• Message: Send us a message directly through the app
