TRAINING

Our Holistic Training Classes are built for athletes 12+ who want to move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level. By combining mobility, strength, power, speed, and agility training, this program helps athletes unlock their full potential while minimizing injury risk.

Mobility & Flexibility

Each session begins with myofascial release (foam rolling), stretching, mobility drills, and muscle activation exercises to properly prepare the body for the specific lifts and movements of the day.

Power Development

We incorporate weighted and bodyweight plyometrics, medicine ball training, and focused instruction on jumping and landing mechanics to develop power, explosiveness, and movement efficiency.

Speed & Agility

We develop speed and agility through acceleration, deceleration, arm mechanics, gait cycling, and rhythm. Lateral movement techniques, proper foot placement, body positioning, and momentum control are trained to optimize efficiency and reduce the risk of injury during changes of direction.

Strength

Our training emphasizes a functional approach with thorough instruction, incorporating upper-body pushing and pulling, lower-body hip-dominant and knee-dominant exercises, and core stability work.

  • An introductory session is required before beginning the program. During this time, we will take each person through a movement screening and get baseline athletic testing. These findings will let us know if this is the best program for you, as well as allow us to better program and put correct progressions in place for each individual.

  • 8:1 max athlete to instructor ratio. Ensures the highest quality service, one on one attention, attention to detail and to produce the greatest performance results.

  • Our lifts and movements are progression-based. After mastering fundamentals, athletes advance to more challenging variations, creating a competitive environment while accommodating all ages, sports, and skill levels- so everyone can progress at their own pace.

  • Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization

  • Each athlete will get baseline testing (vertical, 10 yard dash, pro-agility, med ball push & pull throws) during their intro session. Following each 8-week session, we offer two days of post-testing with multiple times available. These do not count as one of your workouts, it is included as a part of your package.
