Power, Speed & Agility
The Power, Speed & Agility classes are designed for athletes looking to enhance overall power, speed, and agility. It is intended as a supplement to our Sports Performance program.
Speed drills emphasize acceleration, top-speed mechanics, proper arm action, gait cycling, rhythm, and technique.
Agility drills focus on lateral movement, foot positioning, body angles, and momentum shifting to develop more efficient and controlled change of direction.
Upper, lower and full-body plyometric movements will be used to develop power and teach athletes how to transfer force more efficiently in all three planes of motion.
*Credits purchased can be used toward Sports Performance and Power, Speed & Agility classes.
