Speed & Agility Program (13+)

This program is for any athlete (13+) who wants to improve overall speed & agility. This program is best for athletes that already have a good strength foundation in place.

This program will include speed drills and exercises that will focus on acceleration & top speed mechanics, proper arm action, gait cycling, rhythm and techniques. Agility drills and exercises will focus on lateral movement techniques, foot positioning, body angles & momentum shifting to allow more efficient change of direction.
